Ravenna 220 G Asymmetric LED In-ground Luminaire
The luminaire housing shall be permanent mould cast, with cylindrical shape, a diameter of 220 mm and a length of 345 mm and wall thickness of 6 mm. It shall be cast from Anticorodal Ship special alloy aluminium and weigh 6.5 kg without the installation sleeve. The enclosure shall be constructed from 12-mm thick, clear single-pane tempered safety glass. The luminaire housing is also to be fitted with an interior pane manufactured from infrared-reflective glass. Maximum glass surface temperature must be 40° C. Glass enclosure shall be bonded to non-corroding V4A stainless steel edging. Outer diameter is 220 mm. All hardware shall be stainless steel and not visible on exposed luminaire surface, providing a smooth uninterrupted sleek appearance. A thermally decoupled gear tray shall contain all electrical components and fasten via two screws for easy removal. Clips in the plastic tube provided for installation ease grade-flush installation for up to 1.5 metric tonne rollover capacity. To be provided pre-wired with 2-m long H07RN8-F 3G 1.5 mm² cable. Must come ready to install in installation sleeve provided by others (e.g. 200 m wide, 50 cm long plastic pipe). Tested and approved for compliance with DIN EN 60598-13.
The housing shall be powder coated in and out with a double coat applied compliant with DIN EN 55633. It shall be 320-450µm thick with improved corrosion protection and have a RAL 7016 finish. Corrosion Protection Category C3.

The LED unit shall be fitted with 24 high power LEDs and mounted on aluminium core PCB. Entire LED unit shall have 90° horizontal and 20° vertical adjustment. Rated input capacity for the LED unit shall be 16 W. Light colour options in amber, blue, yellow, green, red, cool white (5700 K), neutral white (4000 K) and warm white (3000 K) shall be possible. It shall be available with ± 4.5°, ± 12°, ± 19° beam angle optics. The control gear shall provide 700-mA constant current. The luminaire shall operate on 230 VAC.
