Luminaire
Oval-shaped housing.
Length is 550 mm, width is 365 mm, height is 200 mm. Cast wall thickness is min. 5 mm.
Total luminaire weight is 12 kg.
High-grade, special aluminium alloy luminaire housing.
Single-pane, tempered safety glass enclosure.
Reflector is fabricated from anodised super-purity grade aluminium and installed inside the luminaire housing.

All HESS-DB, Hess mica and RAL finishes are possible. Primer and top coat as per EN 55633. Applied with powder coating technique. Coat thickness is 140-160 micros
Service and installation are extremely convenient thanks to:
-Hinged glass cover with quick release lock
-Tool-less relamping
-All electrical components are mounted on a single gear tray
-Electrical gear assembly connects via safety connector
-Removes with the loosening of two screws
Bolts and fastening hardware are stainless steel.
Single-Mount Bracket
Bracket is constructed from u-formed sheet steel and comes with cable conduit and plate for luminaire mounting. Bracket is welded to the pole at 5° upward tilt from the pole. Bracket projection is 840 mm to the middle of the luminaire.
Pole for 4500 MH
Tapered arched pole with arch beginning at 1200 mm height; bending radius is 16,000 mm.
At the base, the pole diameter is 133 mm and, at the top, it is 70 mm.
Total above-ground surface height is 5200 mm. Distance from pole's centre axis to pole top end is 500 mm.
Minimum wall thickness is 4 mm.
Access door fits flush in pole and is fitted with triangular key head locking mechanism. Comes with earthing terminal, c-channel and two channel slide nuts to accommodate junction box. Access opening is 400 x 85 mm.
Comes with 400 x 400 x 15 mm flange plate.
Pole and bracket weigh together 65.5 kg.
All steel components are hot-dip galvanised in and out as per DIN EN ISO 1461 (coat thickness is 80-100 my).
