VIGO Q Illuminating Bollard
Square illuminating bollard with symmetric optics. Clever construction and superior materials illuminate the need for visible rods on the outer corners to provided structural strength. Total height is 1000 mm. Base constructed from 130-mm square aluminium channel with 3-mm thickness, round corner bend of at least 5 mm and tapered cut top. 250 x 250 mm square flange plate constructed from 12-mm material. Access hatch comes with triangular key lock. Bollard includes chassis terminal for earthing and c-channel to accommodate junction box. Stainless steel hardware. Weight is approx. 12 kg. 120-mm, square enclosure constructed from 3-mm thick high impact resistant translucent PMMA provides homogenous lighting. Reflector is manufactured from high grade, anodised aluminium and is scratch and high temperature resistant, and exceptionally durable. Compact control gear assembly with watertight electrical connector mounts in lower section of the luminaire housing and removes easily. Maintenance is via access hatch, eliminating the need for visible hardware on the luminaire's exterior.
Finish:
All two-component (primer and topcoat) RAL and mica finishes, compliant with C 5 M corrosion class standards, and tested and verified as per DIN 53167 (coat thickness 80 - 120 my)

All electrical components, including ballast with reversible thermal control, capacitor (PCB free) and ignitor, come assembled, wired, factory tested and ready to operate with VDE approval stickers. Electrical component assembly and wiring are compliant with (VDE 0711) DIN EN 60598. Luminaire is configured for operation on 230-V constant alternating current voltage and per DIN IEC 38.
