Reference: O2 World Arena, Berlin
Located between Berlin's Ostbhanhof and the Warschauer Straße, one of the world's most modern multifunction sports and entertainment arenas opened last September, just two years after the ground breaking. Able to accommodate 17,000 spectators, it is the largest multiuse arena in Berlin.
The building's high degree of functional sophistication made modern multifunctional lighting fixtures the only choice for the outdoor lighting system. Besides the various lighting tasks, CITY ELEMENTS houses the video cameras as well as the antennae in specially designed processor units. In addition, CITY ELEMENTS provide water and electricity for temporary events held outdoors.
CITY ELEMENTS satisfies all of the functional and design requirements, harmonising superbly with the complex's architecture.

An interesting photograph of CITY ELEMENTS, fitted with video surveillance unit. Berlin's famous television tower is visible in the background.

Project-specific designed "elements" enable the added functions of video surveillance as well as access to water, electricity and data transmission.
